ABC’s (Adult Bible Courses) are designed to give every attender of MPC a solid biblical foundation for their faith.
There are general “Foundation Classes” which provide the basics for discovering God’s plan for your life and elective classes which will cover more specific issues and special topics. Our goal is to make these courses a valuable tool to help you live as a follower of Christ! We develop curriculum, recruit and resource teachers, and try to offer courses specifically tailored to the needs of MPC.

Foundation Courses:

Class 200: An introduction to the spiritual disciplines of prayer, bible study, stewardship, and fellowship.

Class 300: An introduction to spiritual gifts. God has given every Christ follower at least one gift with which to serve His Church. This course will help you find out where God has specifically gifted you to make a difference.

Class 400: So how do I share my faith with others? This course will provide you with practical skills and resources to share your faith with those around you.
- New Testament & Old Testament Overviews: These courses will help you gain an understanding of the historical context of the Bible. Learn how our history as Christians has unfolded from the Creation to the imminent return of Jesus!

Life of Christ: A biographical study of the Life of Jesus. Discover the details of Jesus life from His birth through His resurrection and return to heaven

Christian Doctrines: What is the Trinity? Is the Bible without error? What about the second coming of Christ? Can I lose my salvation? In this course we will discuss these and other doctrines of the Christian faith.

Defending Your Faith (Apologetics): Do you know why you believe what you believe? How do I answer the claims of other religions? In this course you will be prepared to answer some of the tough questions that face Christians today.

Church Overview: This course will take a look at the historical journey of the church from the day of Pentecost to the modern day. What was the early church like? How did denominations form? How has the structure of the church changed through time? What is the difference between Protestants and Catholics?
