Don’t Live Life Alone

When Christ was asked what the most important commandment was, He said “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.” (Matthew 22:37-40)

Our desire is that every person who attends will engage with others in deep and meaningful relationships. We want each person who comes through these doors to find a place where they belong.

How Do We Live Life Together?

You can’t know everyone, but you must know some people really well. The early Church cared for each other in small familial groups, and we seek to do the same thing. We don’t know with whom or how God will bring relationships into your life, but we are committed to making sure you have opportunities to find out through corporate worship services, Connect Time, special events, Equip Groups and many other points of connection.

Why It’s Important

The guide for Christian living is the Bible. It is through God’s revealed word that we learn how to live a life designed to bring the most blessings to both ourselves and those around us.

Just as a body needs good food to continue to mature, so too Christians need a healthy diet of spiritual food. We are to love God with all our heart, soul, strength, AND mind. Through educating ourselves on God’s word, we become more effective servants in His kingdom and better equipped to engage the world around us.

We have various opportunities on a continual basis to help you get to know how to live the life God has designed for you. Our main way is through Bible courses and Equip Groups offered on Sundays. But throughout the year we also offer various seminars, conferences, and special events.

So let us stop going over the basic teachings about Christ again and again. Let us go on instead and become mature in our understanding
